Do I need to download anything?
No. Fun Layer runs inside the browser source that Streamlabs and OBS already have. You paste a link, enter a code on Twitch, and that's it.
Do I need to be Affiliate or Partner?
No. Since May 2026 Twitch gives channel points to every streamer. Small channels are exactly who this is built for.
Why do I approve it on Twitch?
So your viewers' channel point redemptions can reach your overlay. You approve Fun Layer once at twitch.tv/activate, the same way you'd approve any stream tool. We never see your password.
What if something goes wrong on stream?
You or a mod types !fl panic in chat and everything clears. !fl pause stops effects and refunds points until you type !fl resume.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Tell us what to change, like a reward name, a price or a new inside joke, and your overlay updates the next time it loads. Nothing to re-install.
Does it work with my layout?
Throws aim at a webcam in the bottom-right corner by default. If yours is somewhere else, we set it up for your layout when we build your pack.
